The Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant is a pivotal figure in facilitating the efficient functioning of an office or organization. They undertake a diverse array of administrative responsibilities, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, track of ongoing projects, prepare quotation / agreements and maintaining records. Additionally, they play a crucial role in coordinating various projects and events.
Responsibilities:
β’ Prioritize and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
β’ Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
β’ Prepare and disseminate meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
β’ Maintain updated reports on ongoing projects.
β’ Prepare quotations/agreements.
β’ Assist in coordinating both internal and external events.
β’ Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations.
Requirements:
β’ High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant preferred.
β’ Demonstrated experience in administrative support roles.
